Daniel Vettori is one of the captains who is leading from the front with ball and bat. Still he is not recognised that much. Why so?

I think the problem is that New Zealand is not winning enough matches. So Vettori's contributions are in a losing cause most of the time and go unnoticed. If the Kiwis were winning more matches, Vettori would have been termed a genius.
